Shikha has been in the makeup industry for 35+years and has been trained by some of the most renowned artists like Shahnaz Hussain, Blossom... Kochar, Cory Walia, Asha Chandra, Gurpreet Sebble, Shivani Sharma, Jawed Habib. She has Worked as a trainer and demonstrator for Networking company's like Oriflame, Amway ,Forever living Products, Avon, Modicare for their cosmetic products. She has also esigned makeup courses for Iift fashion designers and worked as a personality mentor for beauty aspirants in lot of vocational colleges. She has been the official makeup artist for Taj fashion week, Agra Olympiad, Designer club and Awarded best makeup and Hairstylist at Taj mahotsav for consecutive 5years. She started makeup and Hairstyling vertical for Urban Company by recruiting and training 500 artist all over India. She has also been on the jury for Miss North India beauty pageant Miss UP beauty pageant and several other fashion and beauty ramp shows.

Graphic Design and Digital Skills. He is an expert in Digital skills with 21 years of teaching experience with Pearl Academy. Hasan was one of the key members of Communication Design Department established in the Year 2002 at Pearl. He is well versed with NTU programs and assessment methods. He was active member of various events and holds a very good knowledge and understanding of exhibitions and events. His knowledge and expertise with multidisciplinary programs helped depts and students to grow and run the programs with effective quality. Creating opportunities for students to learn various digital skills, latest technology and making digital skills effective with design education. He is currently positioned as Associate Professor at Daksh.

He has been in academic practice for the past 16 years with Pearl Academy in the domain of space design... and visual communication, he is also an advisor with Chandigarh University in the department of Interior Design. As a design educator Manas has been instrumental in formulating and running successful design programmes, his focus has been on higher education and its pertinence in creating responsible professionals. Along with his academic practice he also worked with many prestigious clients in the hospitality interior design industry which included numerous 4-star and 5-star category hotels including Jaypee Hospitality Group, Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu.
